Event Description:
This workshop will focus on you as a leader, providing information about the specific skills and strengths needed in today's workplace and offering useful tools to help you become a confident, strategic leader in your organization. Topics include: Leadership assessments; the power of "feet forward;" listening skills; and an introduction to management theory.
