Join SDEA for an evening of networking with local business professionals, along with a presentation on business insights and culture with AleSmith Brewing Co. AleSmith recently underwent a massive renovation and, as of early October, the brewery tasting room is now open for business and visitors. At this event, Ryan Crisp, Director of Brewery Operations, will discuss AleSmith's history and evolution as a company since its inception in 1995. He will share the story of how AleSmith grew from its humble beginnings as a passion project in a San Diego garage to being one of the largest and most popular brands in San Diego and beyond. You will also hear from Vicky Zien, co-owner and COO of AleSmith, as well as Susan Geyer, Director of HR, as they share about the future of AleSmith and offer an inside look at what it has taken to build a strong culture among team members and employees within AleSmith. Tours of the brewery will be offered as well. This is a first-time networking and business insights event you won't want to miss!
