While some people are excellent at developing strategy, creating action plans, and executing initiatives, that does not necessarily mean they are exhibiting the characteristics that make a successful leader. In this session we will discuss the difference between strong management and effective leadership – and how the two can be merged for optimum performance from individuals and the organization.
