Versions of the Fair Pay Act or Equal Pay Act exist in both Federal and California law. In 2017, an important change was made to California’s Fair Pay Act. This webinar will review California’s Fair Pay Act, the new categories added and what this means in terms of demographics and salary comparisons going forward.
