Event Description:
It’s time to hire a new employee, but where do you start? This workshop will review the initial stages of the hiring process: develop a job posting, evaluate and decide where to post, working with recruiters, determining who is an applicant, evaluating applicants, applicant and candidate communication, and creating a pool for selection.
