Event Description:
The importance of recordkeeping in human resources programs has risen dramatically in recent years due to federal and state compliance requirements and the organizational necessity of tracking resources and expenses. In this course, participants will learn the importance of accurate recordkeeping.

Participants will learn:
    - Updated regulations on what to keep, where, and why
    - How long to keep records and who can access and use recorded         information
    - The importance of objective documentation for use in resolving potential         questions, problems, or legal changes

This course has been pre-approved for California credits toward PHR-CA and SPHR-CA.
