California Law AB 1825 requires all private businesses with 50 or more employees to provide professional training on preventing harassment, discrimination, and retaliation to all supervisors and managers every 2 years.
This training will:
Help companies promote a harassment and discrimination- free environment
Help participants to spot, address, and remedy potential harassment related problems
Teach participants to respond effectively to harassment complaints
Provide participants with tools to help prevent individually and company directed harassment lawsuits
