California Law AB 1825 requires all private businesses with 50 or more employees to provide professional training on preventing harassment, discrimination, and retaliation to all supervisors and managers every 2 years.
This training will:
Help companies promote a harassment and discrimination- free environment
Help participants to spot, address, and remedy potential harassment-related problems
Teach participants to respond effectively to harassment complaints
Provide participants with tools to help prevent individually-and-company-directed harassment lawsuits
