Event Description:
This course will guide participants through the best ways to put into practice the results they discover in taking the StrengthsFinder assessment. StrengthsFinder is an online assessment which determines each person’s top five talents and provides an overview of each.
The StrengthsFinder approach emphasizes building on participants inherent strengths and talents, rather than trying to fix weaknesses.
The course is intended to provide an introduction to the StrengthsFinder assessment and approach, led by certified StrengthsFinder instructor Linda Kurtz.
Participants will take the StrengthsFinder assessment in advance of the course and come to the class ready to learn more about how to best put their strengths into practice in their work and life!
