Because today's managers are asked to both manage and lead, this session sets the foundation for participants to understand both functions. Participants will identify the similarities and differences between Leadership and Management, the purpose and use of the two processes, and the importance of both in putting their best foot forward to achieve maximum results for personal and organizational development.
