Employers are obligated to conduct prompt, thorough and effective workplace investigations into allegations of employee misconduct such as harassment and discrimination. This roundtable will offer legal and practical guidance for human resource professionals including: determining when to investigate an employee complaint; identifying who should conduct the investigation; tips on conducting the investigation and analyzing the information gathers; and a discussion of the investigation report.
