Event Description:
Interviewing and Hiring is a major responsibility for supervisors. And one that can easily go wrong through questionable (or illegal) interview protocols, lack of organization leading to lost or disengaged candidates, and/or unstructured evaluation of candidates.
Improving interviewing processes helps organizations to hire top talent while spending less time interviewing, and staying in compliance with EEOC requirements. In this course, attendees will learn about the multiple roles of interviewers, state and federal regulations pertaining to interviewing and hiring, how to develop legal and useful interview questions, and procedures for ensuring an efficient interviewing process.
